All sales are final and only in certain circumstances will a refund be issued. A return shipping label will be provided only if the product was sent due to internal error or is defective.

Upon receiving your product and determining that your purchase is damaged please email us at helpdeltaprime@gmail.com within three (3) business days of receiving your order to request a replacement. Please include specific details and if possible photos of the damaged product.
Once we have received your claim we will promptly assess the situation and send out your replacement notifying you by email with a tracking number for your records.

Purchases made through a retailer and not directly via deltaprime.co
We work closely with our retail partners who wholesale our products and if a situation arises where your product purchased through one of these vendors is not working properly or is not up to the quality you are accustomed to please follow these steps:
Contact the retailer that you purchased your product from to see if they will work with you to remedy the situation. In most cases they will replace your product and will work directly with us to ensure they receive replacement.
If after first contacting and attempting to work with the retailer your Delta Prime product was purchased from you are not satisfied with the outcome or they are unable to assist you, please contact us either by email at helpdeltaprime@gmail.com or call us directly at 843-225-2492.
Requests made within a 30 day window after purchase date (must provide proof of purchase) will be considered for replacement.
